1. Initial Request
The customer gives us a call or sends us a message.
2. Call-Back
We will call you to discuss your project and get preliminary ideas of what appeals to your likes and needs.
3. Initial Consultation
For consultations and design, we will schedule a free site visit to address specific needs and situations. Photos are taken or sent by the customer so we can have an idea of what specific areas may need attention or are of concern.
Estimating and Planning
4. Formal Quote
A formal quote that includes your options, colors, delivery, and installation will be sent for review.
5. Signed Estimate
We receive the signed estimate and deposit from the customer.
6. Drawing Approval
Drawings for appearance and rough opening verification are sent to our customer for review and signature.
7. Welding and Production
Welding and production begin when deposits and drawings are received.
8. Site Preparation
During the production period of the project, the customer prepares their site with proper flooring or just simply the clearing of the space so everything is ready for our team to install your new windows, doors, and stalls.
9. Project Completion
Upon completion, your stalls are ready for your horse(s) and your site is clear of debris.
